At EDS, customer satisfaction and retention is everything to us; which is why we take many precautions to ensure that you receive the highest caliber of service & quality products. 

We stand behind the quality of our parts and offer a fitment and finish warranty on all of the products we sell. If you receive an order that does not meet your expectations, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. We take pride in the quality products we offer and would be happy to assist you in making things right.

In the event that an item is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will gladly exchange or refund the order.

Our proprietary Product Verification process ensures that each and every EDS product on the market, both new and second-hand, is authentic. Our authentication labels cannot be duplicated nor removed and each product can be uniquely identified by its SCI. 

A Serial Code Identifier (SCI) is an 11-Digit code (ex. EDS-XXXX-XXXX) that is unique to each EDS product and is used to ensure quality and authenticity. To verify your product, simply scan the QR code found on the Product Label or Visit Here.

Then, simply input the SCI code found on your product or product purchase card and hit verify!

All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Most cosmetic and performance parts ship out directly upon order from our warehouses across the United States. Each part we ship is quality checked prior to shipment and all packages include complimentary insurance coverage against losses or damages.

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us via our contact page form. It’s important to note that the return/exchange process must be initiated within Fourteen (14) of delivery to be eligible for a refund / exchange. After this period (14 days), we won’t be able to accommodate any returns or exchanges.

It’s also vital to note that products that have been installed will not be eligible for refund. Returns must be include the same packaging and be in the same condition as shipped out. After inspection, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. 

Please keep in mind that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return that is not defective or otherwise unusable once the order has been processed. We realize this may be a unique policy, however it is used to cover the time spent to repackage and restock the item, as well as any payment processing fees incurred. If your return is approved, we kindly ask that you provide active tracking information within 5 business days. If the tracking information isn’t provided within this timeframe, the return may be rejected, or additional fees may be imposed, depending on the individual situation.

Additionally, insuring your return package is highly recommended as we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the customer’s order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Before installing or modifying your part, we recommend test-fitting it first. If any issues arise during installation, please contact us beforehand so that we can assist you. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
